Meet the Instructors

Mr. Spencer
Assistant Instructor
Spencer Knutti grew up in Northern Virginia and is currently a music education student at the University of North Texas, where he plays euphonium and participates in a number of different concert and marching ensembles. He took the 24-25 school year off to teach and practice, and was a long-term substitute at three elementary schools for their second semester. He loves to play whatever instrument he can get his hands on, and his collection is steadily growing! Spencer adores sharing his love for music with students of all ages, whether that be through teaching general music, band, orchestra, or marching band classes. He has greatly enjoyed being a part of the Little Creators classes and is excited to develop a better understanding of early childhood arts education.
In his free time (that isn't spent playing wind instruments), Spencer loves to bake, read, go on walks and hikes, and daydream about getting a cat.
